(4138) This company looks like it is applying at an unfortunate time (see Cactusman on Q&A). Is it really a C- or is the low credit explanation plausible? Any thoughts?

An odd, one looking at the company on the credit/risk rating service I use, it looks to be a good risk. Their credit score has been consistently good all year, but their advised credit limit was low at the beginning of the year due to the late filing of their accounts, but it immediately recovered once the accounts were filed. Based in the info I have a C- seems harsh.

I saw that cactusman was in quite friendly dialogue with the company to which they replied "thank you for investing" but FC have deleted it because it was not a question. For a Q & A which is "not actively moderated" they seem very quick to "moderate" a lot of things these days - and if it is not a question no one is allowed to see it. Are companies charged by FC if they turn down an offer which is too high (eg 12%) interest?

Well, the firm seems to accept it is going to be paying close to 12 %. Helps us to decide. Now what about 4129 - another very slow filler - which I am uneasy about but cannot point to anything concrete?
