unlike FS I have thought about this one which I suspect may possibly run late and have left a month's margin.

Thanks to all of you who have voted so far. Interesting result which shows a bigger spread than I had expected - wonder if this property will complete next week considering it is "all systems go"?

My fun poll to date shows that only 12% of voters have total confidence in this assertion
whilst 28% have zero confidence - will be interesting to see if this one completes tomorrow and even more interesting next week!
0% - no chance whatsoever

Wonder if this will be updated as completed when I return from work later today...considering this £1.65m loan is now late and probably being charged 2.4% per month I guess the seller is a tad anxious for a bucketful of readies
