I received a part of new loan 57297 on Wednesday morning, but something has gone wrong with it. It is showing under My Loan Parts as having £0 principal remaining. It also says zero in the loan parts CSV file, and the part is absent from the repayment schedule CSV file.
I have paid for it, but because its principal is zero my "lent" amount and "portfolio total" are incorrect.
I have never seen this before (and I reconcile closely). Does anyone know whether it will fix itself in due course?

-My Orders says there are 3 orders @ £60 waiting for loan to fill, yet lists just 2 @ £60 -downloaded loans shows 57297 with £0 Principal remaining, but not Repaid
Rang FC. They said there's a problem with a small number of loans, including 57297, which means they're not being included in lenders' accounts. FC are working on it.

Yes, I too have £0 invested in this loan (57297). Maybe it's not drawn down yet or something like that.

Like the other 3100 investors, i have this one too. Currently showing £0 remaining in my loan parts with 60 repayments left 😂

I've just rounded my account back to the nearest £1,000 to make life easier again - wasn't expecting to have to that any more. It's too soon to give up the net stake of round thousands - to allow an easy reconciliation. Our two old accounts here are still wrong, but in our favour. Edit: Note of explanation. If your stake, the difference between what you have put in and what you have taken out, is in round thousands, then the 'net earnings' and 'portfolio total' should differ only by round thousands. This basic reconciliation shows up any FC glitch in the transactions - which used to be very common. It saves having to do a full reconciliation to spot errors.
