I don’t think you understand what a non performing loan is. you're getting returns over 10% so at least 80% of your portfolio is performing. You're in a good position. Sorry, I misunderstood the post and my reply didn’t make sense. Ignore me (if you’re not already)!

I've recently sold DFL05 and DFL30, yes the queues are long, but they are moving (slowly).
Obviously, I've loans that are suspended, which Lendy are doing very little about, but I also have some of those elsewhere. Through diversification of loans and platforms, I'm still up and sticking with it, albeit that I've reduced P2P exposure by ~30% over the last 6 months.

I've sold some DFL30 at an average of 1.5 months per part. Didn't put for sale any DFL05 since April last year - accepted it as a fate Diversification should be "doctor prescribed" - we've learned from "COL"... I'm glad I subscribed to this strategy when started with p2p. I've increased my p2p exposure by 1% over last 6 months.

For the most part, I've given up trying to sell loan parts on the SM (at least there's a chance of earning interest if I just sit on my investments). That said, I did offer for sale some DFL004 (in January) and DFL015 (in February) - both are still in the queue which is showing no signs of movement.

Can't you cancel it?

Can't you cancel it? TBH, I only offered a nominal amount for sale (just to see how fast/slow the SM was moving). That said, it does make you wonder (i) why Ly don't cancel all SM loan parts when a loan is suspended, and (ii) why there is no separate tab for suspended loans.

To be fair to Lendy, I did manage to sell all my outstanding loans really quickly and hence can now leave the platform without either a loss, or a large sum stuck in suspended/defaulted/infinitely extended.
There were many negatives and I won't bother repeating them since more expert and eloquent posters have already done so. Save to mention one telling thing. The amount of posts on Trustpilot that Lendy complains about and has removed. I feel it unlikely that reviewers with a respectable history and are lenders on a platform, can be either sockpuppets or conspiring to undermine Ly.

Light question. Has anyone seen a financial market where you can sell your place in the sale queue for a premium?

Light question. Has anyone seen a financial market where you can sell your place in the sale queue for a premium? Apologies. I don't understand. I appreciate it is a 'light question' with a _ suggesting some possibly 'loose interpreting' of the situation for comedic effect _ but what has happened (or, maybe, happening) to prompt the question?

Light question. Has anyone seen a financial market where you can sell your place in the sale queue for a premium? I placed all my FS loans at a 1% premium on the off chance, surprisingly all sold and I'm now out of FS. So yes, people will pay a premium.

I was looking at where I'd got to in the sale queue. As Ly won't pay interest on parts for sale, nor allow sales at discount or premium, it's more of a desperate wondering whether a platform would allow people to sell their place in the sale queue. E.g. I'm 98% through a £234k queue, would I sell my place in the queue for a profit? Would anyone buy it in current trend? I suppose it's my way of balancing up what's my feeling about the risk on this platform. I still don't really understand why Ly have the policies that they do, although it takes a possible ponzi edge off.

Wouldn't work.
For starters, the buyer taking your place in the queue would need to have the exact same value of loan part otherwise it would push others back.
Only way discounting would would would be tiers in the queue.
E.g. 5% discount queue followed by the 4% discounters. If someone new offers at 5% discount, they'd be at the back of the 5% discounters but just in front of the first 4% discounter.
