Hi.
As some of you have already spotted, we have just deployed a number of new features to the MLA User Interface that will hopefully enhance the user experience and make it easier to manage your manual investments. A mailer to MLA investors will be sent out later today with further info, so please check your inboxes.
The new updates are:
• You can now create or replace an investment instruction from the loan list without having to click into each individual loan. You can still do this from the loan page as well where the loans full due diligence documents are available. • You can mark a loan with "interested", "potential" or "not interested" so you can refer back to multiple loans for further review. • The Loan Filters have been updated and extended, including filtering on the new interest level (above) as well as now having the ability to switch between different Investment Accounts. • Support for wider screens has been incorporated to make browsing the lists easier. • At the top right of the page you can see at a glance the status of your MLA with some headline figures including Summary Totals of Buy & Sell Instructions.
As ever we appreciate your feedback so please let us know what you think. There are more improvements planned over the coming months too and we will let you know about them later this year.
Best regards.

I wish it was easier to see which loans are available at a discount.

Regression: There is a display bug and buy instructions are no counted correctly / displayed correctly on the main account page (https://investors.assetzcapital.co.uk/investments/)
Total Net Instruction £1.00
The buy instructions seem to be correct on this page: Browse Standard Account Loans

How do I see my notes for each loan without having to click into each note? They've disappeared. Am I missing something?

Some initial comments:
1. The Interested / Potential / Not Interested markers are very useful.
2. I'd prefer to see the separate Units Available page link reinstated, as having it was convenient.
3. With the new smaller text size, displaying the Your Holding and Units Available figures in bold if they're >£0.00 would help when scanning down the loans list.

A fair number of the "next payment" dates are incorrect rendering that column a bit useless, eg very recently drawn down loans are showing as due 06/06/18 when they're not.

I don't see these. Are they obvious? Can anyone else using chrome on an Android tablet see these?

Yes. On your list of loans, far right side of each loan are 2 tiny icons. Click the leftmost of these.
A dropdown menu appears under the notes section.
Click to select.

Thanks dc848. Should have put my specs on. You'd never guess that I'd spent 33 years as a softie

Now there are more columns of data it would be useful if the live chat "blob" could be hidden / moved / shrunk (whatever) so that it doesn't block access to the icons in the final column. Unfortunately with the distance / angle of my vision to the screen and the fact I wear varifocals, the sharpest image is currently roughly midscreen exactly where that blob is.
Please de-blobify my screen !

Broadly I like the attempt to improve the interface. However, I think the removal of the "Loans with units available" tab on the browse loan page is an unnecessary backwards step. If I am looking at adding to my positions I am only really interested in loans with units currently available. Previously I could select this tab and then sort the columns based on loan rate to identify the higher rate loans available to conduct DD on. Now I can either sort on rate or units available which is considerably less helpful. I have raised this via the online chat and they confirmed that for some reason this functionality would not be returning.

I suppose that one can use the filter to select only higher rate loans and then sort on units available, however, it would be useful to have Units Available as a filter (as well as a filter for Trading Suspended).

chris - I wondering whether someone believed that the new (?) facility to add a second sort order (by shift-click on the header) would achieve the same as the previous "Loans with units available" tab. Well it doesn't. If I sort by loans available then by APR the secondary sort only kicks in if the units available are the same amount (e.g £0), If I sort by APR then by units available I sort of achieve the objective but the results are spread out over many pages with huge blocks of loans with no availability in between.
I know the model is to set targets on loans and they will be fulfilled gradually, but I've had a 5 figure sum sat as cash in MLIA for a couple of months (as a proxy for QAA) awaiting opportunities to deploy 4 figure sums per loan mainly on other platforms but also on AC if a suitable opportunity presented itself. As it happens I've been gradually withdrawing and moving funds to another platform, but this doesn't encourage me to see if there are opportunities on AC which meet my criteria.
If there are no plans to bring back a clearly helpful and useful page, could we at least have a box on the filter facility to be able to specify a filter for loans with more than £x,xxx availability please.
Stating the obvious - I'm not going to spend several hours doing DD on a loan unless I can be 100% sure of obtaining a 4 figure block of it.
