What's going on.
First LTV was 19% which did look wrong when checking out the figures; since updated to 61%.
But what about being First Charge, but ranks second behind a previous loan. How misleading!!!!!!
With their record, why are they not making a point of getting it right first time ?

Alas shambolic. I noticed the very attractive LTV and saw it’s a renewal. Clicked the link to get “403 Forbidden error”. There are two links in that post that produced the 403 error. I contacted FS and mentioned all three issues (LTV and two 403 errors). They fixed the LTV Error, I contacted them again regarding the links. They fixed the first of the two. I contacted them again and finally The LTV plus the two links were corrected. I am normally pro FS (FS have earned me good money), but this morning was not exactly great. I am busy and do not have the time to do their QA for free. I kind of got the impression there were a bunch of hung over workers following a wild, long weekend. Hey with no quality procedure to follow they are probably do not think they did a bad job this morning. At the end of the chat “Anything else I can help you with?”. Well there is the question about the LTV, first charge and ranking behind another loan that all seems very confusing, but since the basics were painful to get right I shall skip this loan.

£200k in 2 minutes. Are we missing something, or are they.

£200k in 2 minutes. Are we missing something, or are they. A 60% LTV project that seems close to viable completion with some sales/repayments already made. It's definitely not the worst proposition I've seen.

And the hits just keep on comming. "Due to a system error the investors wishing to rollover their investments were not added before the new loan was posted. We have therefore stopped further investment until the renewals have been added - after which it will again be opened for new investments. Apologies for the error - it will be corrected within 30 minutes." Perhaps rude of me to suggest they may have been on the beers this weekend.

The same borrower as the Craighavon Road loan, once this loan repays, I understand the borrower will be using some of the sale proceeds to develop the Craighavon Road development.

Yes, I'm sure that figure is VERY accurate, to within -+ 10%. So we're on the same page then I see some of the more unrealistic flippers are trying to cash in. I didn't buy but would be happy with 0.2% profit.
Rather than buy this at 10% effective rate buy another and sell at -1% later and make the same APR as holding this (good ??) loan to the end.

The first ranking loan ( 1778495972 maturity June 2019 now mostly repaid through unit sales) has been defaulted on the website. The second ranking loan ( 2065147403 maturity date 6th Nov 19) remains active (for now).
