Hi all Is AC like Lendy where you dont earn interest on any loans while youre selling them? Thanks no and you also earn interest once you have sold and before reinvesting the money via the sweep into the QAA if you set it up.

Thanks 2 corollary questions: 1) If I want to sell a loan quick and I sell at a 'discount' - say 1% - does that mean that whatever interest Ive earned so far will be reduced by 1%? 2) Ive got a few loans that have 'trading suspended'. But Im still able to sell these. (I was expecting to not be able to because trading was suspended) 1) no. your capital will be reduced by 1% 2) you can,t sell them - you can set up instructions but they wont move. I think AC is considering allowing trading in distressed loans at some point though.
