have you been mis sold a loan. with ppi deadline 2019 these companies are going to be looking for the next big thing to get their teeth into.does anybody think that if the bones were picked out of a lot of loans across p2p platforms and they had to disclose all sorts of information that could possibly show that these loans were not presented in the right way.ppi companies could get a nice few years out of p2p.

Perhaps a conflict of interest for the borrower of loan 1000058 on Ablrate, in which the loan listing states.... "xxxx is a leading, regulated claims management company that represents consumers in claims for mis-sold financial products."

An estimated 64 million PPI polices sold. Can't see how any aspect of p2p is going to come anywhere near close enough to that vein of rich picking to get the 'mis-selling' ambulance chasers interested.

PPI is insurance. While the mis-selling of PPI is a thing and the mis-selling of loans is also a thing, they are different things. Do any P2P companies offer PPI? Yes, I know of at least one early P2P plaform that offered PPI, but I believe they discountinued it as the uptake was small.
