So the entire CS team has been taken offline for an entire day in order to be "trained".
Might be a Rolls-Royce moment, but considering we haven't heard a peep from IT supremo Chris for an entire week, I can't help preferring to think that perhaps we're about to be dazzled by a big UI thingy.
Tray tables stowed, seats upright, belts fastened...

Sorry Chris,but bitter experiance, if big IT changes coming what forulites would you do to protect yourselves against an unlikely disaster save a csv file or just screen shots of the header pages of sums invested ect. Advice please, thanks.

The only settled transaction I can see that matches that amount or anything near it was correctly and automatically matched against a specific lender's account this morning using the reference. Will raise it internally and see if anything turns up.
