As I think I said I was concerned about another p2p lender I was with. I have sold up and to date got all but £7 of my money back which I am pretty relieved about.
This other p2p platfrom was also into property and below are details about a loan I was in but thankfully I ditched it on their SM

In my previous update, I informed you that, following the discovery of asbestos in the property owned by the two bankrupt individuals, it was expected that there would be no chance of a realisation to creditors.
well you got that one right!
We can now confirm that the debtors have been automatically discharged from their bankrutpcies earlier this month following the year anniversary of the bankruptcy orders.
- note after just one year!
We are still awaiting the final report from the Official Receiver’s office, however at this stage it is believed that there have been no realisations and therefore no possible recovery.
With the company already dissolved, once the final report of the Official Receiver is received, we will be reclassifying the loan as a bad debt.
or it other words we have been shafted and/or negligent and lost the lot?

I am currently drawing up a list of FS loans which righly or wrongly worry me but I have aleady found several 2nd and 3rd charges where I can't see anything but a 100% loss - hope there is no asbestos in the cinema!
