We've just published a blog post setting out the life of a loan on BondMason, based on data over the last three years: www.bondmason.com/blog/life-loan-watchlist-recovery-and-defaultsIn summary: - c.15% of loans will be classified at Watchlist or Recovery (5%) at some point in their lives on BondMason: the expected loss from non-performing loans is 2.5% (or £2.50 per £100 invested in these loans) - The total loss rate is a little under 0.4% p.a. (reported elsewhere on this forum and on our statistics page) Graphically this looks like:

What is the current position? The statistics on the site seem to be from March 2018.

We've actually had some small recoveries on loans which we'd written off, so our losses have actually reduced since the stats in March 2018. Overall performance in 2018 the same in previous years (2015-2017): 7.5-8% pa before fees; 6% pa net of fees.
We are in the process of updating the info on the stats page now that we are in 2019.
