Borrower seems uncommunicative and there has been no loan payment since 7th March. I see absolutely no incentive to show any "forbearance" and firmly voted option A.

A quick look at holiday booking sites shows they have had good occupancy rates, one site booked solid till October. If they can't meet their loan obligations with trading figures this good, when can they?!
Security seems ok, valuation in line with recent 'sold' prices.
Option A from me.

I can't see any reason with their financials they are not paying, seems to be a case of 'won't' rather than 'can't' so I think its need Option A, sad to say.

Agree with the rest of you...can't see why they should be given any more time. They could have gained some breathing space by making some effort to pay something. Both wife and I have voted Option A. Hopefully they'll see it as AC finally meaning what they say and will start making payments (oops was that a flying pig I saw then...)

Yes, of course it must be A.
Interesting though -- in the majority of votes, Option A tends to be "Cut him slack and give him(*) what he wants", and Option B "Send in the slavering pit bulls". And Option A almost always wins, by default it seems (remember #227?). Glad to see the options reversed on this one.
(*) He embraces she, as the lawyers have it.

Anybody know why AC didn't post the percentage votes for the two options as they usually do ?
I asked via their Q&A and my question got struck out !

No idea, but the poll result was what I wanted so I didn't enquire.
