Just catching up on matters, and I noticed a site progress report from July is available under the Document section.
This certainly makes the loan and project seem a lot more real (and more than simply a 'credit report' and numbers on a spreadsheet).
Progress appears to be good too.
AC should be making more of a noise about these things, IMO, since it further increase lenders (and prospective lenders) confidence in these sorts of deals.
