...and 5% - 5.5% for the conservative lending option. When I can get 5.25% in the Assetz 30 day QAA (with a provision fund, lent against secured assets, and in my opinion, with better loan management than Funding Clowns) I have to wonder why anyone continues to invest with Funding Circle? If I wasn't already heading for the door as fast as my defaulted loan repayments (none of which have paid a penny in more than 18 months - thanks FC property team!) would allow, I certainly would be now!

More realistic range of expected return.

Now given as a range 6% to 7%, rather than 7.2% www.p2pfinancenews.co.uk/2018/06/29/funding-circle-fund-facing-dividend-cut-as-currency-hedging-costs-rise/ FCIF said its annual dividend target from the end of the third quarter of 2018 will be five to six per cent. I know its not the same (FCIF vs platform) but would have though they would achieve similar (if not almost identical) results ... keen to know why they are different by 100bps EDIT: I suppose the answer lies partly in the fact the FCIF is a blend of balanced/conservative

Conservative was 4.8% - so target has actually gone up

Now given as a range 6% to 7%, rather than 7.2% As I've got two non-ISA FC accounts doing < 4% YTD, I'd be happy with that !

Yes, I suppose it’s consistent that if the average is 7% some could be earning 10% and others 4%.
unlucky?

Don't get why it has to be given as a range - if it's an expected figure, why not state it?
The cynical part of me thinks that if this average if 6.05% then they could still say this is correct.
On first thought the conservative option now looks better value but then I remembered the shockers can be A rated as well.

The previous 7.2% quote was for the luckiest 65% investors, I suppose it's never easy to make 100% people happy.
