It appear Zopa will potentially be out for 3 days Mon-Wed 2-4th Jly next week. Not sure if it affects all as some of the work is moving the platform for Bank stuff. I also have been advised that last weeks SG fixes still didn't work and the weekend fisco was to roll it back and an off the record, well in a formal complain response, suggestion was that this will be fixed in this outage too - not sure if that's the case though.
What is clear to my data is that there are some issues that have arisen that Zopa is still investigating and I'm not convinced this one will go that smoothly - as some of you can may have noticed over the last week my confidence in Zopa is at an all time low. Zopa knows this of me and are pleading loudly that they are listening and making all the right noises but to be honest I'm not sure everyone has their antennae fully turned on or the blinkers are all off in the updates teams.
I've rang Zopa at 15:00 to get clarification but the front desk are all in a meeting - Ive left a call me message but not sure if that will get through until they all leave either.
I've also poked the Customer Support Manager who tried to tell me earlier that the higher echelons have been notified of the errors they are committing we'll see If I get a response from anyone.

As we make the changes, our site will experience a bit of downtime. Don't worry though - all your investments will be running as normal behind the scenes.
Works planned for early Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (2-4 July)
To make sure we disrupt you as little as possible, we've scheduled the work during our quiet times. For next week, the plan is to get going early and finish as fast as possible.
We’ll let you know in advance when the next batch of work is coming up.
