Our new interest payment tool will enhance your experience by provide a guestimate of interest and bonus payments that you would have received this month. Once all queries have been dealt with we expect that June's interest and bonus payments will be made available in your accounts by the end of July. This new enhanced process will gradually improve such that your July interest payments will be made available in September, Augusts's in November.
If of course we do change this we will not communicate any change to you in advance (perhaps a couple of hours if we are feeling really communicative) so that your sense of unease is enhanced

Interest will be credited to investors accounts by 17:00 so you can't withdraw it this business day."

I have withdrawn on the day interest has been paid for months, it's not credited to my account until the following day but it is marked as withdrawn on my Lendy balance.

Does that mean that after 5pm, a withdrawal request isn't transacted by Lendy until the following day and then appears in the customer's bank account the (next business) day following that? eg: withdrawal request 18:00 Mon 2nd July Lendy undertake the request Tue 3rd July Hits customer bank account Wed 4th July I would have expected it to be much more automated than that.

No, you can request a withdrawal any time before they process the banking run (eg. 7am, provided the banking run is after 7am)

I have never before withdrawn after 5pm but I will be doing so today ( assuming I actually have something to withdraw) But usually I withdraw on the 1st and it's in my bank on the 2nd ready to be transferred to another platform I'll let you know tomorrow...

Whether you make a request at 10AM or 10PM it will still reach your back account the next day. What does it matter ?

I got no interest from Lendy but had an e-mail saying it's paid. That said, I wasn't expecting any interest from Lendy, so not disappointed by seeing a £0 amount.
I got my monthly interest from other P2P platforms yesterday. Could have withdrawn it.
Still even having zero balance Lendy manages to disappoint, how late in the day the e-mail was, and still haven't done anything about withdrawals.
