When it's not just throwing me out to spurious messages Zopa seems to be throwing me out at random points. At present it's throwing me back to You've signed out message - looks like a new one as it seems to be a bit thrown together some text is left justified, most text is Centred but the actual message "You've signed out" is neither of these. Thing is Zopa says its probably timed out so I accepted that, as it happened whilst I was discussing another issue with a CS person. Thing is it seems very random, I just loaded the summary screen and in advertently did a reload and it logged out. I seem to be getting the auth.zopa.com server, which I understand is a newer more secure security site - apparently they are going to introduce 2 stage login at some point - they still can't get the check secret third part correctly though keeps dropping back to wrong entry but not allowing one to check what is wrong. The dropping out anywhere/anytime seems like all the connections to screens and correct security are forcing a log out when security is dropped. Perhaps the timers are skewed or perhaps there is some more development to do who knows. I just wish they would give us a stable platform and test the changes in a test environment before forcing it all onto us. If I'm right of course. I got the secure2 and auth whilst I was logged in, so I started login with Auth and it logged out then gave me secure2. It's almost like they are switching auth in and out on the fly, dare I say it, testing in the live environment perhaps. All very frustrating and time consuming I feel.

Now I'm getting
"We have a problem - 500"
at least their logging that one. Perhaps someone noticed and changed the servers over !!!!
Tried logging in via zopa.com, it logged me in then logged me straight back out. Tried again and went to another 500 issue.
I give up - right royal pain in the Arse

Same here. I noticed I'd picked up a new default and tried to get into my Loan Book to see it. Finally managed it after several attempts (logged out automatically twice) and then was logged out again when I tried to re-arrange a column. Presumably this is something to do with the email warning we got last week about 'preparations to become a bank'. I've stopped all new lending for the time being as I don't want this hassle - the technology side of any financial institution is crucial nowadays and customers go elsewhere if they are locked out or inconvenienced too much. I'd much rather they said that the site was going to be unavailable for a couple of days while they did what they want to do. The reluctance to do this stuff over the weekend will have to change if they do become a bank. NatWest often locks the mobile/internet side over Saturday/Sunday night and that's fine because they tell you and actually ask you to tick a box saying you've seen the alert. It also gives an exact time when it will be back up, which is usually spot-on. Here's one investor who is now pausing any more money going into Zopa until I consider it to be a stable platform; I understand that the odd glitch is inevitable and I still like Zopa's model so I shan't be withdrawing anything, just letting my ISA grow for a few months.

Its weird as it seems screens are finished loading visually but the loading wheel is still spinning. When it logs me out for whatever reason if i just log back in it goes back to the screen i finished at. I like that but not sure if that should happen technically.
This auth side seems to be very flaky to me but im still trying as i need to get relending turned back on in my Isa side. I agree up to bank standards it definitely ain't. The auto log out timers definitely need fixing.
Mrs AJU wants me to manually lend out her transferred ISA but to be honest i've asked to wait until its more stable, she's not happy but its probably the sensible thing at the moment.

Glad it works for you, I've tried 4 browsers (adblockers and all ;-)) to see if its my end and I've checked my throughput speeds. Zopa's are the only pages giving me grief at the moment. My server speeds are 50m DL and 18m Up. Not to be sniffed at. I'm pretty certain its not my end of the line.
Its not very fast at the moment, I've spoken to zopa and apparently they have set timeouts on the pages. Not a bad thing but to be honest the timeouts may not be set correctly as I have had instances of moving to statements then just scanning down the page to get to the downloads page and clicking on that forces me out sometimes.
Zopa is going to check with tech apparently, thing is for me that I don't mind timeouts etc but ones that give me time to find something and then read it and then move to another page. There is quite a bit of info on some pages. I guess anyone playing with the loanbook page might find it frustrating - assuming they are getting the same issue.
One thing that is interesting is that the pages when they load visually have finished but techncially have not. I keep getting a fail on the sign out screen on the Zopa icon at top left its failing to load 50% of the time.. I'm just wondering how much the stats per page show the signed out page with the highest page access.

No problems here though I noticed the switch back to the auth.zopa server. The auth server has been on since yesterday morning and its been terrible ever since. I remember when Lloyds first added timeouts they realised they got it wrong and now bring up a popup that asks if you want to stay on board. It was a real pain before they added that option, a few banks use a similar approach and it works well. Their timeouts are quite good too. I guess its a balance.
