FE's phone is continuously engaged and my emails remain unanswered and yet I am still receiving my monthly repayments. I withdraw these each month but they go to my old bank because I am unable to get FE to change their records to my new bank. Fortunately I am still within the three year period whereby my old bank automatically redirects any credits received.
Can anyone throw any light on the current FE situation?

Can anyone throw any light on the current FE situation? My account reached £0 a while ago and I stopped looking at it. Just tried now and I can still log in, and there is an 'Update Bank Details' option when you pull down your username. Have you tried that?

Yes and I was asked to upload a copy of the heading from my bank statement which I did but have had no response. My old bank is still shown in "My Account" so I have to use it to transfer funds out.

It now seems that this platform has gone through some form of ressurection. Just had an e-mail that it is now part of the Downing Group.
