United we stand, divided we fall. Strength in numbers. Every man for himself will get you a long way won't it? The Borrowers and Platforms know we have no collective Voice and take pecuniary advantage of that and lose us money for their benefit. I think most on here have the wrong attitude and tbh you deserve to be turned over and cleaned out. As you are being. It was an idea I had which I thought an obvious route to take. I now withdraw from this Topic. I hope everyone gets what they deserve out of ABP2P. I think it is a good idea. From my experience of investor action groups it will take a small group of people to form a group that will do the majority of the work and be willing to give a small amount of their time. This small group could then mobilise the larger group around things like writing to their local MPs on specific issues, providing things like standard letters that each investor could tweak. There will be a variety of grievances that lenders have, not all will agree, but i am sure there will be some common themes that a large number of lenders agree on. Like a lot of volunteer action groups, a small group of people are needed to kick things off and keep things going for the benefit of a wider group. I'm reminded of the Beaufort Client Campaign... www.sharesoc.org/campaigns/beaufort-client-campaign/... and no doubt there are many more. I guess it requires focus and individuals dedicated to the cause. ozboy - are you up for the challenge?

This is the one that helped in an investment i was in, overturning guidance from the fca and an initial ruling from the FOS.... so mass action definity can work. www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/investing/article-5917139/SEB-mini-bond-investors-victory-three-years-7-5m-collapse.html

Positive news from the Beaufort Client Campaign: ...although the costs of professional fees are somewhat sobering: And anecdotal evidence of the benefit of the organised campaign (my bold):

I've had an idea.
Anyone on here have any connections to or influence with "Which", or know someone who does?

I've had an idea. Anyone on here have any connections to or influence with "Which", or know someone who does? I seem to have a faint recollection that there was a copy in the waiting room of my dentists on my last visit, it could have been the readers digest I tend to confuse the two. Probably a slightly more tenuous connection than you were looking for? I am however curious (I was probably a cat in a previous incarnation - or would that count as nine previous incarnations) as to what dark arts you feel could be invoked with the use of these ancient manuscripts?

EDIT / PS - OK, this idea has already been shot to pieces on The Purple Place. Back to the drawing board ....................

Ah, I see. I did wonder if it was part of a pagan ritual connected to your earlier post attempting to resurrect the topic. I had been checking around for 'eyes of a blind newt' and the such like in case they were needed. Pretty sure Which is mainly an online presence these days, and in reality just a slightly suspect cover for advertising. Not really an investigative neutral tracking down the 'bad guys'
