In case anyone missed the newsletter, a secure upload system is now available on the Bondora site.
If you visit your account settings page the details are there. This is now needed before you make a withdrawal.

Yes, and swiftly implemented as well after the initial 'issue'.

Thanks James. But the site has been " down" for many hours now I believe. There was an upgrade on Wed night but I had no issues yesterday morning or evening.
Working fine at 5am this morning.
Obviously this is just my experience but it might be best to check your 'box' webbski9 .......

Anyone else had problems submitting valid documents? I uploaded a scan of my passport but they said they wanted both sides. Surely they don't need a scan of the cover?
Oh well, I'll get there in the end.
Bondora - if you're reading, how about showing a little photo of what you want us to upload?

I don't think you will get any response from Bondora unless you email their support. It is a long time since they were active on this forum or their own, so lenders concerns seem to be being ignored. They have many new staff recently so the support varies a lot. My own UK passport scan was only the usual one page and was accepted. They rejected my 6 monthly water bill as it was over 3 months old, so I had to wait for the next 6 monthly one as my electric bill only comes once per year.

Cheers - well I'm all approved now so I can start lending. It's all well and good these sites requiring utility bills, but what if you live in shared/sheltered accommodation/a hotel and don't pay the bills ?

It's all well and good these sites requiring utility bills, but what if you live in shared/sheltered accommodation/a hotel and don't pay the bills ? My current situation means I cannot provide Bondora with a utility bill. Looks like I will have to contact them to see if they will accept any alternatives. It does annoy me when companies assume you have these bills, or a driving licence, or a passport etc.
