We are interested to hear member's opinions as to the best P2P forums (based on lenders experience) for larger (over £150k) loans which have property backed security with low LTV's (ie around 50%).
It appears the LTV's on most loans, with the majority of platforms, are increasing with most allowing borrowers to borrower up to 70% LTV. However, we are only interested in low LTV's, albeit receiving a proportionately lower return accordingly.
We have a great deal of experience in P2P and currently have accounts with Thincats, Assetz, Moneything, Relendex, Kuflink, Lendinvest and Lendy, with some performing much better than others. Therefore we would welcome other lender's views and opinions of other platforms please.
We have significant funds (both company, personal and SSAS) to invest, subject to being satisfied with any necessary DD.
