It's a common feature of their loans, particularly where it's one in a series. A good example is the one for the business centres to re- finance an existing loan. The finanicial performance is significantly worse than in the loan being re- financed, but absolutely no word of explanation as to why. It's very frustrating and makes me less inclined to invest.
