In our Q2 Investor Barometer revealed a lot about ISAs, with only 37% of respondents had put money into cash ISAs following the end of this year’s ‘ISA season’, down from 52% in Q1. This quarter we’d like to know your opinion on the Bank of England's decision to increase the base rate from 0.5% to 0.75% - the highest level since March 2009.
