I'm in that loan, 53210 (FC Update 26 Sep 2019 )
"Litigation has continued and we have now received an Interim Charging Order which we will register over the Property. We will look to update you once there has been a material change."
Got my hopes up but nowt came of it.
By the way its not like it was no obvious. I contacted FC to say I (a lay person) thought it looked like fraud. They got back to me. Wed, 27 Jun 2018, 10:20 "If we do discover evidence that this is a fraudulent loan then of course we will take necessary action at this point. "
Its now, 3/3/2020 Do you think the peny has dropped? Clearly the penny did not come from the borrower.

"***** ** * ** LIMITED" must be having a nice £52,750 holiday somewhere, hope we get postcards
It's called fraud. FC attracts fraudsters like flies to the proverbial.

It's called fraud. FC attracts fraudsters like flies to the proverbial. I think standard response number 5 applies here... "We have looked carefully at the circumstances of this default and can see no evidence of a fraud."

That's why I left fc in 2016. I cant invest my money with these muppet loans.
All fc investors are doing is supporting fraudsters. It's a miracle most of you guys have not lost all your capital.
You should exit fc as fast as possible.
Far better p2p platforms out there do some research!
