P2P ISA transfer to another type of ISA (Eg S&S, Cash etc)

Has anyone transferred FROM a P2P ISA successfully to another type?

If so, what platforms and did it go smoothly? How long did it take?

I have experienced the other way round, but was interested in experience of P2P>Other ISA
