At 15:57 today (13Aug18) I sold about 120 lots of loan #791 at £0.51 each when there is £92,146.26 available at -1.0% discount (sic).
My understanding is that it should be a straightforward priority queue, if you sell at a discount then you get to the top of the queue. It is possible that all the sellers decided to cancel ther sell orders at the same time, then enable them again just after, but this seems very unlikely to me.
