Crowdstacker appears to be raising more money for Q****a.
Q****a first raised £3.77m through Crowdstacker in early 2016.
At the same time, it raised around £3.9m on an unlisted bond.
The unlisted bond is now in default.
No interest is being paid.
Investors are expecting a significant capital shortfall.
Estimates vary from 50% to 75% of their invested capital.
Undertake thorough due diligence before parting with your money.

Yes thank you @renalapp for pointing out the defaulted bond. As it happens I'd already decided not to invest in their current 'Oliver Twist' return to the table because they want nearly twice as much as they borrowed last time. I don't mind companies rolling over big loans into slightly smaller ones because it implies that whatever their reasons for taking out the initial loan, they are at least making headway. Q****a show all the signs of going in a direction I don't wish to travel in.

renelapp - where did you discover this? Is there any link to the original loan raise on Crowdstacker some two years ago or is this unrelated/unaffected - any further info you have is welcome Cheers P

I believe the link between the unlisted bond and the original loan raise is it's run by the same people, doing the same thing. What's surprising is that I understand Crowdstacker has been made aware of the failure of the unlisted bond. Yet the current video on Crowdstacker paints such a rosy picture. I think it's very misleading to say the least.

Hi Renelapp
Can you tell me some information re the unlisted bond please, maybe you can ask your friend who has invested?
The Bond issuer and any other broker details related?,
I am sure a friend of mine has invested in this but is unwell at the moment so I am helping his partner, she cannot locate the file at present so I am trying other avenues.
Thankyou,

Thankyou, As I'm not the investor, it would be inappropriate for me to pass on the information you request. The company contact details can be found here - http://www.q****agroup.co.uk/contact If you ask for 'Q****a Group Investors', that should help. I'm told R****t Du T**t, the CEO, is responding to investor requests.
