A loan I've always liked for various reasons. Reply on Q&A yesterday suggests all is well in hand for repayment end of month, so a possible easy 8% earner for those looking for safer, but yielding, havens.
Would guess a possibility of +3% additional default interest if there are paperwork etc delays.
