Website suggests it is NOT, only that Sapia Partners LLP is:
"Propio is the trading name of Invest With Prop Limited, an Appointed Representative of Sapia Partners LLP, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (550103) (further information is available at www.fca.org.uk/register"

Website suggests it is NOT, only that Sapia Partners LLP is:
"Propio is the trading name of Invest With Prop Limited, an Appointed Representative of Sapia Partners LLP, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (550103) (further information is available at www.fca.org.uk/register" Presumably in the same way that Huddle is authorised and regulated as an Appointed Representative of ReBS, as opposed to having secured direct authorisation.

Am certainly in favour of more equity-structured investments. Not completely convinced I would have like Putney enough to invest but I hope there are more in the pipeline with varying funding source set-ups.

This means that we are indirectly authorised by the FCA and that all our activity falls under FCA regulation. This also means that we have Alternative Investment Fund permissions allowing us pool money in a compliant way. Hope that helps answer your question.

ISA now available but transfers in not yet. This is a pity as I only want to use it for previous years cash ISAs.

ISA transfers are something that we're working on and hope to have this up and running soon. We'll keep the thread updated when this happens.

We are subject to FCA regulation so are required to ask you a short quiz before you invest.
As part of our recent changes, in most cases, we are able to automatically verify your identity using your name and address - meaning sign up takes a couple of minutes.
