Glad to see this one has paid up as below so well done FS.
Whilst this loan is overdue, we expect full repayment by the end of August.
However no more second charges for me as generally too risky in my book - clearly a lot of second charges hit problems e.g. Knaresborough and I just don't think 12% is enough reward to cover the risk - just my opinion.
If FS get their act together and we have more like this one then I may be tempted to go back in but at the moment I am passing on most property loans and all second and third charges.
