If you mean the newlook of useless dashboard front end and much slower access then the front end was added in the last month or so and the slowness has been that way for about 3 months. Some of us have simply bypassed the front end and resorted to stored web links to get there quicker. There are a few bugs in its system in that logging out does not always log out from the lower levels but just goes back to the dashboard They changed to the auth system on and off over the last 2/3 months and had to keep resorting back to the old method until they got it right - sort of. I've personally given up moaning although to be fair the CS people are very apologetic and are trying to get the S/w developers to have a much more professional approach to changes. There were emails about the new look - that it was arriving anyway - not about how it works. Thing is also if you ask how to do something in the new system you get the old system help first from CS so its clear the CS are not in the loop with many of these changes. I guess its progress but to be honest I'd like them to get the backend working better and make sure the errors are fixed in my data and more importantly in my loans etc that a fancy redundant front end dashboard. The cynic in me is that they are trying to get minimal info on the dashboard that stops people actually looking under the hood although i'm guessing they would frame it somewhat differently. I haven't checked lately but the desktop version changed much earlier than the mobile version. I gave up with that one a while ago when they made it harder to login with a long secret word that I kept getting wrong. My stubby fingers work better on a real keyboard I guess.

I logged in at lunchtime - site was as it's always been.
Got kicked out for not using site for 15 minutes or so, logged back in - all change.

So was the site at lunchtime as it has been for the last 3 weeks i'e with the dashboard to start etc with loans and borrowing or adverts for borrowing on same page. Selecting the main loan option moves to the relative old school pages now with 2 lines right justified.. What does the changed, New one, look like. I'm just getting the one as described above. Your message to report this on here said 3 minutes ago when I checked it so I assumed I got the newest one As I said above they just seem to change things willy nilly in my view - I've been quite vocal to them and on here about the "all of a sudden changes". It was a nightmare when the kept swapping the new "auth" in and out at will.

Isn't that the normal dashboard page we've been seeing for the last few weeks (with the stupid hidden logout option)?
Oddly enough I logged in today and I found the old design waiting for me instead (complete with the original easy-to-find red logout button).
A/B testing I presume.

This is what my homepage looks like now, since yesterday lunchtime. Are you using a tablet/phone, I've noticed that Mrs Aju tab2 was still using the old pre early August webpage changes that many of us have been seeing. I have not tried her tab for quite a while as I was getting frustrated with the lack of keyboard for our long security questions we have. The old "Auth" version used to allow us to get in by allowing visibility of a failed secret answer, the new one apparently is in preparation for a more sophisticated two stage authorisation mechanism that is still in the pipeline - I'm reliably informed anyway. The new one is also much more cumbersome than the old one and very sluggish, the logout mechanism is a tad unreliable too. I can't be R'sed to tell them it's only working on some screens and not on others. I'm guessing they are not spending on s/w designers that know what they are doing these days. Bring back frames menus all is forgiven ...

The screenshot you gave above is definitely what I understand to be the new one as of early august. I've just checked Mrs Aju's tab (Samsung tab 2) when I login in chrome it seems to be in the old style of setup (no dashboard) but if I switch on desktop mode it give me the newer layouts. The logout though is still determined to go back through the dashboard rather than go straight to logout from the detailed screens. Anyone not realising this could close the window of a browser and not realise they are technically still logged in. They definitely need to fix that one as its so damned slow to get back through the dashboard screen. It has the potential to leave a users zopa access vulnerable, especially in office enviroments where anyone could walk up to a computer and open zopa it would still be logged in. (Right bunch of amateurs if you ask me, if the web/server teams are so incompetent I'm wondering how good the data/finance teams are now!).

I seem to be allocated the two interfaces at random on my two laptops. I totally agree about the Logout procedure - it's amazing how many sites don't log you out when you close the window. A hotel I stayed in recently (in Spain) lends out iPads to guests on request. I was (accidentally) able to see the email accounts of a young lady who had been there the previous week as she had the same provider as me. (There is a 'keep me signed in' option on the logon page, which was ticked) I sent her an email warning her about what she'd done and then logged her out. She replied thanking me and then wanted me to see if her Facebook account was visible!! Back to Zopa - presumably automatic timeout of some kind would kick in eventually but I second the comment about sloppy programming. The logout process from any financial site should be watertight.

My display has gone back to the old version (as of this afternoon) with no annoying dashboard, straight to investing with ISA option beside it and sub-menu beneath. Using exactly the same system as before.

Using exactly the same system as before. Nothing new happened to mine today. I see "See what else we do" as usual. I wish Zopa could have brought back to the "Classic" with even higher rate return instead like 6.5%+.

Tried logging in a couple of times still the old screen, bizarre. Although I prefer the old screen.

well its not actually changed still got the dashboard as a start point. I do have 2 accounts though so wondering if it makes sense to have ISA or Invest only without the dashboard perhaps. I am using incognito too as its slightly faster than normal chrome - my extensions probably that cause.

Although I prefer the old screen. Does it have the old loanbook, pre 2016 that is with the ability to see individual loan payments and missed payments etc. If it does I want some of that again ;-)
