They don't do anything else for me it seems now. Tried logging in a couple of times still the old screen, bizarre. Although I prefer the old screen. Does it have the old loanbook, pre 2016 that is with the ability to see individual loan payments and missed payments etc. If it does I want some of that again ;-) My all time loanbook goes back to 2006. And I can download monthly transaction statements back to 2005 (only deposited funds, no loans till 2006). If I was a masochist I could reconstruct every payment on every loan... Not sure if that is available on the new screens, I'd never tried to look that far back, but I would assume it is. The loan book used to contain all the monthly data and you could manipulate it to show the information you wanted. And someone (who's name I forget, but thank you retrospectively) wrote a great excel spreadsheet to extract all sorts of useful data automatically from the download. Those were the days!

I guess I'm a masochist then as thats what I did in excel myself - I used it recently to discover and prove that Zopa was incorrectly selling SG loans when they did not need to be sold i.e. false defaults. Mrs Aju lost quite a bit of protection value in her ISA but she was compensated handsomely. The tables are quite large now especially as I am lending more and creating the linkages on a monthly basic with 4 different spreadsheet sets is quite a task but it keeps me busy. Thankfully I have a quite powerful pc. The Invest statements data for myself goes back to 2006 so that's quite large. I have had to do quite a nit of optimisation etc to get the processing speed down and to be fair I could do more. The most interesting thing in the process is that I can see when Zopa is getting it wrong a lot easier with that capability. Does the spreadsheet in question still work as the ones I remember, that were great, were pretty much busted when the data in the csv's changed/increased in mid table, I think. They were quite complex in construction as I seem to remember.

Oh b*gger, the dashboard's back again. I'd hoped they'd had second thoughts and got rid of it. Also last night's payments still not showing on earnings - it's 2.30pm!

Yes, I noticed that too. The payment run wasn’t done until around 11:30 when it usually gets done around 8.

Judging by how slow the access is today and the fact it just fell over trying to read supplementaries on the "We've got a new Feelgood Bank" blog entry its not surprising that this stuff will get delayed sometimes. How they will get full FCA approval is beyond me ...

I got the feel good Friday feeling. I've just checked my account and there is money to withdraw from bad debt repayment. But, the statement is not up to date, bad debt repayment not showing yet.

My ISA Statements page hasn't been updated since December 5th although I see from my Summary page that there have been credits from somewhere. So statements not updated for two days midweek...….I wonder what would happen if that were affecting current accounts; dare say it would make the headlines. I know they always catch up eventually but I just wonder how much the banking authorities check the web interface user experience before they authorise a new venture. Although I'm OK with Zopa at the moment because I don't use it day-to-day to access cash or make payments, I certainly wouldn't be if it were my main bank account.

I think they are targeting certain users and swapping them in and out as they change things i recently requested to have useless old failed loan applications some as far back as 2010, in my case all done with no real intention of borrowing on. For me its slowing down the loading of the db screen. Apparently i have to have them by law! I usually dont even wait for it anymore just using my own bookmarks - still very sluggish though.

aju, are all your bookmarks operational, independent of which interface (old or dashboard) is currently active? Hope that makes sense. If so, I’d consider creating a set of bookmarks myself, for my most used pages.

aju , I’ve started. Why haven’t I done this before? It’s so efficient. Thanks for the idea.

My statement date hasn't been updated since the 6th December, can't find any reference on the site to there being a problem.
Anyone know why?

I've just emailed them about this. It's a bad sign really, indicative of I.T. issues yet to be resolved at Zopa. Other investment sites are way ahead of the game in this aspect.

aju , I’ve started. Why haven’t I done this before? It’s so efficient. Thanks for the idea. No Probs, I created a bookmarks page on chrome desktop bookmarks myself, I'm guessing what you are showing is on a phone or a tab. I've created mine as bookmarks as I say and placed it on my bookmarks bar. One thing you might want to be aware of, well on desktop chrome is that it mangles their method or remembering where you are in the url tree but to be honest I'm not sure they have even got that working properly. Anyway glad it helps you. another thing that makes it fly faster is if I login in incognito as well and remove all my extensions but the real thing that slows it down is their tracking code that I think helps them see who is using what etc - I can't remember what that piece of code is called at the moment but some of that and the google analystics rubbish does still slow things down.

Not sure but I think they are slightly different presentation, I've not really been subjected to the old I/f for quite a while now except on the mobile versions. I'm guessing they are not because I think they are technically switching front i/f servers - as I say I think that's what they are doing who knows I long since gave up trying to second guess them. Complaining about it though is still my favourite hobby .
