Just had a reminder from my Harbour Master that it is nearly time to drag my boat ashore for the winter and that I need to confirm a booking for the crainage. Guess this could herald a few boatie loans as some consider raising a few bob whilst the boat is out of the water? On the other hand perhaps it is just property and more property for the future!
