I can't see any issue with this from a financial perspective, but I'm not sure I'm particularly comfortable with a load of flats which were originally going to be sold to a local housing association being sold off en masse to wealthy foreign investors.
I suppose morality shouldn't come into it though. On cold hard logic option A seems to make sense...

I've voted against. Apart from the original purpose of supplying social housing, which was one reason for my investing in this one: We will be paid either way but I would have thought that S**** H**** are a more reliable prospect.

i've emailed AC to see if S**** H**** had a chance to express their view in this AC have responded, pretty promptly to be fair.
"The borrowers are in discussion with all interested purchasing parties which includes S**** H****. Until the entire scheme is fully contracted for sale the borrower will maintain discussions with all interested purchasing parties."
So, up to us and our morals ;-)
