There may be a simple way to do this but I cannot fathom it. I'm currently sitting at 1.2% maximum exposure to one company, yet I cannot figure out which one it is. Looking at my loan parts I can see which ONE loan I have most invested in but when a company has more than one loan I cannot link them easily. Anyone got any advice.
I am beginning to suspect an error as according to the list of 'my loan parts' it is showing two separate lines for loan 6504, 2 parts in each line (so 4 in total) which I calculate would make up my 1.2% however when I 'export current view' it only shows one line and 2 parts in total

Are you sure both lines are 6504? The individual tranches of the property loans have the same loan title, 6504 for example is linked to 7223 so I have two lines for "Property Development In B*******" but one line is 6504 and the other is 7223.

They are definitely both 6504, I'll see if I can put up some kind of censored screenshot later.

The problem is not always apparent, however : it depends upon the 'view' you select (Loan Parts/Loans/Late/ForSale) and the sequence you select. I encountered the problem when listing 'Loans' by descending Risk. The problem did not arise when I resequenced the same view by Loan Title. Perhaps you are suffering from the same software 'bug', or a slightly different manifestation thereof ?

The problem is not always apparent, however : it depends upon the 'view' you select (Loan Parts/Loans/Late/ForSale) and the sequence you select. That is true, the 'my loans' listing does not maintain its integrity as you go from page to page, and the same loan can appear on page 1 and page 2, for example. It will not be very comforting if I tell you that this has been the case for two years at least, to my knowledge. There have probably always been more important problems to fix, and new ones appear all the time - like the fact that on the loan parts page the property loans do not count as asset secured, under the 'advanced' filter.

It sounds like the same problem, I should add the two lines are on separate pages. I have confidence the total is correct and it is just a visual error. Still annoying I cannot find this mystery company that I am exposed to unless thia error also affects the % calculation

Everything is a display error until proven otherwise On the %ge exposure, I can't take it too seriously, as there have been times mine has jumped up, or down, when no significant buying/selling/bid success has happened. So maybe there's a random number generator behind it, but only Thursdays. The "number of companies you are lending to" doesn't match the number of companies I'm lending to in the downloaded "list of companies". Even allowing for FCs explanation, regarding bad debt etc, it's off by one. I've given up waiting for the explanation. So many glitches like this, it's why I keep my own records ...

Still annoying I cannot find this mystery company that I am exposed to unless thia error also affects the % calculation The only way I can think you might track it down is using the downloadable Loanbook ("Download loan book" link at bottom of the stats page); this loanbook contains a column headed "related_auctions", which cross-links loans from the same business. You will need a bit of skill with Excel LOOKUP functions to make use of it, though.

I got a prompt and helpful reply. Also, has anyone mentioned the Financial Summary tab on the loan page? Scroll down to near the bottom to see other FC loans for that business. This may help if you know the loan id of the later loan.

Just an update I have managed to work it out with baldpates suggestion, was a little fiddly and would be handy if FC could make it easier somehow on their website *hint*
