Dev site with planning for new building with 2 retail units on the ground floor, and 2 flats on the first floor.
Currently home to some very expensive blackberries ! To the right is a BP garage, to the left several what I think are all (or at least mostly) abandoned retail units in a grotty building. My guess this is actually a landbank transaction, as it feels developing this site only makes sense if the adjacent grotty building is also redeveloped (Same borrower as Stretford, Warrington, Ib***** Rd, Liverpool, and the new loan Da**** St, Liverpool)
