A transfer from Goji to AC has now taken over a month and counting, and they are in the same building! Pathetic.

A transfer from Goji to AC has now taken over a month and counting, and they are in the same building! Pathetic. I've had over 6 weeks from AC to Archover, with money having left AC after a few days and thus earning zero for 5 weeks. This (as many IFISA transfers are) is a transfer delegated to Goji, who just don't seem to be very swift. When transfers have been done in house - as at FS, LC, PropLend etc - it has been much much quicker - a matter of days from start to finish.

Hi littleoldladyThanks for your feedback. Firstly please accept our apologies for any delays in the transfer process time you've experienced. Please do get in touch with the P2P platform customer support address directly, including your client ID, and we can look into more detail and provide you an update on what is the latest status on your particular transfer. We are constantly working hard to find efficiencies and improve the processing times as we get more familiar with our ISA manager partners and industry standards. As a general rule, transfer times for cash ISAs should take around 2 weeks, equities 4-6 weeks and funds 6-8 weeks. Our average transfer processing time from when we receive the signed Transfer Authority Form is 18 days, falling roughly within those timescales. Where we operate on behalf of two clients, the transfers normally take much less time as we have complete visibility over the process. I appreciate, however, this won't be everybody's experience and that there will be individual cases where transfers do take longer. We are very sorry if this has been your experience. Our core targets are to continually improve these times for IFISA customers. In the meantime, please do get in touch directly to get a detailed overview on the status and reason for the delay. Many thanks Michal

Oh dear! Do goji handle AC’s ISAs too? Still waiting over a month now to transfer from AC to AJBell - I can’t imagine for a second that AJBell is causing the delay. Really poor! transferring out from AC is dire - first time I did it took several weeks and they got the figures wrong, second time I am now 7 weeks down the line and money had disappeared - left AC account early on but not in destination account.

Many thanks Michal Sorry to say his hasn't been my experience - an AC to Archover transfer (both handled by Goji) which started in mid July is still not complete! This is cash drag extraordinaire.
