Photos taken 11am yesterday (1st Sept)
Plot is on the north side of W********* Lane, whilst the plot for Development in The Wirral (Wat**fr**t) is opposite on the south side. This I think can be classified as real property speculation, and is nowhere near the river which is behind the industrial building in the first photo. Essentially this site is a green strip separating terraced housing from light industrial units.
The tower block in the next 2 photos on the horizon is Ch***** House.
Looking across W********* Lane to the other dev site behind the black hoarding.
The green shed in the middle of this final photo was the Industrial Unit in Wallasey loan security (now repaid).
