For most of 2018 I have had around £17k in Ratesetter. Then in July I topped up with £9k, to bring my total to £26k. However when I checked my balance Today my account is showing only £23k. I am missing £3k!!! Has anyone else seen this? Hopefully just a temporary blip in their system?

This happens sometimes on 'the run'. Nothing to get excited about.

I had this yesterday. Sometimes money rolling over becomes stuck on "Waiting for the loan to be formed".
You can see this stuck money by going to My Account > Rolling and looking at the 'Matched' row, 'Waiting for the loan to be formed'

I have missing money today and this is not caused by "waiting for the loan to be formed". More than £1000 has "disappeared".
The balance sheet, however, appears to be correct.

Are you due some repayments on the Rolling market today? For roughly the missing amount?
I did once notice that there's a period of time during processing Rolling repayments when the balance is incorrect. This was between when the repayment (in full) happened and when the capital was re-lent back to the borrower.
Usually this is quick and in the middle of the night, but it is entirely believable that it could still be showing. Things are certainly running late today, as is always the case after a weekend and especially so at the start of a month.
I wouldn't even start to get concerned until 6pm!

I've spent 2 hours this morning trying to find a missing £134.53! I keep a constantly updated record in a personal money banking app which is how I noticed it this morning. I've download all the the transactions from RS for the last year and all tally with my records... except that the final total is missing said amount. I've composed a detailed email to RS, but was in the process of going through all transactions again before sending. If this is the problem I hope this is rectified by tomorrow.
It would really help however if RS provided a proper statement that showed the account balance after each transaction, like a real bank does.
