I log in, get to my dashboard but then if I click invest, deposit or anything else I just get back to the login page, I login and just get back to the dashboard again.
ideas?

I recently had a similar problem with other sites doing this, especially ebay logging me out 50 times a day. I figured it was the latest version of Firefox, so dropped back a few versions and everything has been fine since.

This is safari on iPad. Same happens when I use chrome on the iPad. Everything works on the laptop using Firefox.

I signed up for a computer forum a few months back.
It allowed me to login but everytime I went to a sub forum, I was logged out.
I tried firefox, ie11, chrome, a different pc on the same network, an android device on the same network and came to the conclusion it had to be my isp so tried logging in on my mum's computer round her house and still suffered the same problem.
To this day I cannot access that forum.
The irony is that it is the very place that if I could post, someone is likely to be able to sort my problem.
I will never tire of the issues that computer nuances throw up.

I’ve now reset my password and on iPad safari I can’t even log in and get to the dashboard. It just redirects me back to the log in page when I enter the password.
Everything ticketyboo using the laptop and Firefox, using the same username and password.
So, I can no longer use an iPad for RS!

I’ve now cleared cookies and history on the iPad but the problem remains - no access. Just a redirect to the login page. Needless tosay no email from RS...

Sorry for resurrecting this as apparently no one else has this problem, but now I can’t get past the login page on Zopa!
As with ratesetter I enter my email and password, which are accepted (I’ve entered incorrect ones to check) but just get a redirect to the login page or with Zopa “you’ve signed out page”.
RS have never responded to me and Zopa just say use a laptop or desktop both of which do work with both sites.
Using iPad, safari and/or Chrome.

Seems more likely to be the i-Thing than the platform - try another device (laptop, PC, android tablet) if possible. I expect there is an i-thing 'clear caches' equivalent (not being a user I don't know for sure), in which case that's another good idea .. also 'cycle the power' might work?

I've read in another forum (not remotely connected to P2P!) of there being problems specifically with the latest version of IOS, IOS 12. If your IPad has been updated to that then you may be shafted for a while, until Apple get round to fixing it.
In the meantime, if you have IOS11 on iPhone or iPad then, for now, I wouldn't accept any updates.

Has your iPad upgraded to IOS12? If so, you may just have to be patient until Apple fix it.
