All this new money coming in, yet I haven't seen any new loans. Does anybody know different, or know what's going on?

No and so? Same as always - pipeline is stuffed with loans but they will get launched as and when the legals are done. In the meantime, lots of additional tranches of existing DLs for the QAA/30DAA etc to fund. The money isnt going to be dragging its heels except where system issues arise.
