I'm having problems logging in this morning. Have been able to get in a couple of times but each time I change to a different browser tab or app on my PC when I go back to Zopa I'm been logged out and I'm back on the log in screen. Now it keeps telling me my password or username is wrong (they're both correct). Yeah I think thats what happened but it was so different each time couldn't pin it down. I have a reloader on my browser - just reloads before the timeout period - it was 15 mins but It's not working today I dropped it down to 6 mins but its just failed again.

After a long wait I got through to Customer Services.
For some people apparently the system is saying our passwords are incorrect when we try to log in. The passwords have not been changed (or hacked) it is a systems issue.
They are working on it and cannot provide a time line on when the issue is sorted. Latter today may be.
Oh and if (like me) you reset your password. The password reset process is working and you will need to use the new password your set up when the system starts to work again.
I have suggested Zopa get a message on their website to mention this, or even have a rep say something about the IT issue on this forum.

I rang too an was told that there were issues and to try again later.
The site is now showing as undergoing planned maintenance.
They've chosen this time to issue an email survey about client satisfaction.
Strange timing

W35 They have some people who come here, some might say just browsing around, but never actually say anything there was a zopa person who was here a couple of days or so ago according to the members tables. Can;t see what they were looking at though although I'm guessing the mods could see this perhaps. To be honest I think they are somewhat more disconnected from their customers now that they don;t get involved with the one place they could add some value IMHO. I'm guessing when the banks is up an running and the shiny new Zopa platform is fully operational they will want to be even less hands on. Yesterdays issues didn't go unnoticed on twitter but still only very low key. edit: Just checked members and the last time Zopa was lurking, for want of a better term, was Oct 22nd (monday) you can see the obvious ones as they all have Zopa in their ID. The one lurking Monday seems to be the "Delivery Process Manager" if I search for their name on google. They seem to have an entry on the blog from a while back about Objectives and Key Results, OKR's as he calls them in the article.
Zopa may well want to consider these again perhaps as for me they couldn't organise their way out of a paper bag if the last few weeks/months is anything to go by, thats my personal slant of course

Strange timing I didn't get that email, perhaps they only want people who are not badgering and checking them every few weeks like I've had to recently. I've sent them 3 emails this last 2 weeks regarding things that don't seem right from my perspective. They answer things a bit too quickly and superficially but I guess that's perhaps because they are busy who knows.
