After the expected furore at the end of the 4109 auction (the system coped valiantly again!) I ended up with a bit more than I expected (my last few bottom bids at 11.4% were a buffer too far!). Within a few minutes this has gone into pre-agreement. Does this make me nervous..... them leaping in to grab the money as soon as....? It is a couple not a limited company, so there's probably no "director's meeting" red tape to wait for.

I don't look at the non-limited on FC at all - no way of tracking the financial health of the borrower during the life of the loan. These are strictly for flippers IMHO ... but they do then need a ready supply of willing secondary market buyers.
