Update on Companies House today saying that Mr Holgate has resigned his directorships in both 'ASSETZ DEVELOPMENT CAPITAL LIMITED' and 'ASSETZ CAPITAL TRUST COMPANY LIMITED'. Does he know something we don't?

On sabbatical according to his LI profile. Hopefully nothing serious
stuartassetzcapital perhaps a comment required if possible. I note he has disappeared from the AC who who as well. I criticised Lendy for not revealing Tim's departure so I have to hold you to same standard, particularly as Andrew has been a significant contributor and advocate on here.

Hi everyone, an update as requested. You chaps are very fast on the companies house watches, do you want a job ?! Andrew Holgate has decided to leave the company with immediate effect to pursue new external opportunities. Andrew has played an important role in the start-up and evolution of Assetz Capital since helping to co-found it in 2013 and I am grateful for his contribution and would like to wish him the best of luck as he takes up new challenges.

I'm more than sorry. I joined AC because of Andrew, who I trusted to (let me put this politely) keep AC on the straight and narrow. My perception of platform risk has just gone up sharply.

Whats the salary? Slightly the wrong end of the country but as you appear to have an executive vacancy Ill consider it.
PS Remind him to take his big boots (theyre in the cupboard) he might need them and he still owes us predrawdown interest on a few loans

I never like to see "with immediate effect" as it could imply some sort of disagreement at the top. Andrew and his blatant advertising on the old FC indy board was the reason I moved over to Assetz, so I am disappointed to see him leave. I also appreciated his pithy comments on here from time to time.

I believe the salary is structured that I receive £75000 when you start, and you get £50000 after a year if you don't miss a day.

Several times I've gone in one door, resigned, and left by another door (with an escort and a black bin liner ).

Me too & whilst we disagreed on some things he could be trusted to get things done; Just as example when he promised to review suspended loans & resume trading if at all possible that is what happened (on several occasions; as AC are often overly officious & cautious, clearly listening to their compliance dept far too often on this issue) - shame that his more realistic, investor focussed approach has been lost.
stuartassetzcapital how's the review of the (still suspended) loan #74 going, that you promised several months ago? Latest update "..the Borrower has agreed a sale of the charged land. The sale value is sufficient to redeem this loan plus accrued interest, in full, as well as satisfy the overage provision on the property." Difficult to justify a suspension when there's such a positive outlook!

I didn't even have a bin liner but I think I still made it home on Paddy's day with a couple of carrier bags tied to my belt loops c5am!

..., do you want a job ?! Sure and I'll even do it free of salary for the first month if you let me demand immediate payment of loan 227 where AC have 'helpfully' parked £5500 of my money.

Mr Holgate was admirably forthright.
