I logged into my account a few days ago and there was an investment available to invest in the new diversified portfolio.. It's not there now.. I wonder if it was only available to existing shareholders in ukdp or all pm members?

Having got my final valuation in today, going by the number of shares in DPP I've been allocated, valuation is down about 16% from buy-in price ignoring rent to date. Including rent payments, the total XIRR is -2.14%.
That's actually far better than I was expecting/fearing.

To me it’s worth the hit to get out, wishing the best to those remaining , which appears to be most. Maybe I was just unlucky and chose duds

I'm about 14% down (not including rent) so perhaps a little luckier than average - over 59 properties so was pretty well diversified tho I had too much in some of my early HMOs before I set myself strict limits per property. I'm staying tho, one of my concerns about the crowdfunding model was the short fixed terms, longer term would always have been my preference. And I think the portfolio model should work much much better. So in that respect the current valuations don't mean that much to me, other than a useful crystallised loss. The gap in income while they restructure is of course a disappointment, but I wasn't reliant on it. And overall I suspect I'll end up losing much more from collateral in terms of both income and capital on a smaller investment

And yet another vote on the remaining SPVS.. Don't know what's harder getting out of pm or leaving the European Union!

Ye Mooses! Bought 23 at a discount, & now got back virtually the same amount, with no losses (except zero interest returns over the period). Terrible investment decision, & looking forward to being completely moose-free when the rest repay - and also if they ever pay back their debts on the loan I made. My others properties will not fare so well, unfortunately.
I would assume that those staying in are looking at a (very) long-term investment. Good luck with that, but I will be declaring a personal moose-free zone.

Besides under your own personal statements which only lists your own current holdings, is it published anywhere what the option 1 and 2 share prices offered are for all SPV? I suppose that between us we could compile such a list here.

My 20 and 25 are repaid meaning I have now sold all my holdings and will now close my account. My overall loss, not including interest received, is 12.75%. Once interest is added back my loss is 3.5%. Not great but much better than feared.

Just two more to go now then I’m free.
Considering what a bad experience I have had with PM I’m pleased with the way the exit has been handled.
Sure, I’ve lost money but I think it would have been worse trying to genuinely sell the properties on the open market.
Lesson learned (mainly avoid low end rentals)
