I suppose that between us we could compile such a list here. Ok, if there is no problems with posting them for the mods, I will post the figures I have. It might be better to have a new thread for this so that the list is the first post which can be added to by the thread owner from other lenders following posts.

Got my SPC 63 65, 70 funds withdrawn today. Shame I got no email from Property Moose about my funds. Made a loss of 9% on my Property Moose investment. So glad to be finally out.

Money received for PMF SPV 74 Loan. The XIRR is 5.8% for this 9% 1st charge note.

I also had a chunk appear unannounced in my PM account and I think I have finally fully exited due to the size of the sum. Overall I have more or less broken even, though only really due to the two successful BTS properties and a few favourable SM sales at some other poor soul's expense.

The end is in sight. Just SPV 12 to go for me then I'm out.

Very impressive update with only 3 SPVs remaining to be redeemed. The first 3 years of PM was pretty poor but you have to say that the team that has been in place for the past 12 months or so have really picked up the pieces and delivered what they said they would. Some other platforms could do with some of the same

Some other platforms could do with some of the same I agree. Monthly updates every month on-time. Seems to be progress on most of the properties under their control. Offer to invest more- or to remove investment as you wish (albeit possibly less than was initially invested). I was quite concerned when it all first happened, but impressed so far. Next I'd like to see some financials to be published- just how much of the rent money is being used in these renovations- how has the share value been decided. What is the next plan- expand or just keep current portfolio and withdraw assets? Getting this into a REIT would be great from my personal tax view.

Overall I agree, time will tell, but at at least they have a plan and seem to be delivering on it.

I'll admit they do seem to be conducting themselves well but the proof will be when they actually share some performance numbers and start paying a dividend.

3rd week of June suggested as date by which the final SPVs will be redeemed.
I’m glad to be out but will be watching with interest.
I’m confused about the stock market listing. What stock market are they talking about? AIM?
It seems likely that liquidity will be very low in this REIT until a history of reliable income over a few years can be shown. Possibly will need to trade at a heavy discount at least initially, but if they can achieve the rental income they are suggesting, I could see it trading at a premium to NAV.
I don’t buy into the the vision, which is why I’m out. Property Moose incompetence spoiled it for me.

I am out but for the sake of those brave souls still in I hope the same trajectory is not repeated.

Sorry I have been asleep.... Have they started trading as a REIT yet? What are the valuations like? I don’t think I have voted one way or another: does it mean I am still invested in the vehicle or have they been redeeming me? I am not sure where to find that info...
