I was thinking more from a security point of view..no activity on the online bank within 5 - 10mins gets me the auto log out warning..if the time out has been removed I'll make a mental note not to leave myself logged in as my 'office' can be a busy by-way at times.

Good practice is to have auto log out on your personal PC after 10 mins or less Security outweighs convenience. In NHS and lots of workplaces it is a disciplinary offence to leave a terminal/PC logged in.

I guess that’s because it now takes >15-20 minutes for the All Loans page to load! 😉 Yes. The all loans should be split into active loans & completed loans.
No, else we’d no longer be able to view the history of all tranches of a single facility. It just needs to get back to loading as fast as it did before last week’s “maintenance”.

I agree there should be an option to do that, but it's important to be able to see the full list as well

Agreed - being able to see all tranches together is useful, especially to be able to quickly check how close (or not) to on-time previous renewals have been. The all-loans page has always taken a long time to load for me, and it's not noticeably longer new.
I'd also noticed the time-out has been greatly increased - it's now at least overnight. I do find this convenient as it avoids me having to log back in and switch back to the FISA account every time I return to the site. There is a security element to the longer time-out, but I do tend to lock my PC when I'm not at it.

It looks like I spoke too soon, I've had to re-login twice today which then means switching accounts (which of course means jumping to the account summary page, meaning having to head back to the page I was first looking at).
