If this was planned then it is not acceptable to not notify people when logging on. Please make sure further maintenance is notified in a timely manner. Should show proposed time and duration of maintenance. This is only good business practice. It may even be a regulatory requirement for planned outage?

Perversely, something FC were quite good at..other than 501's all maintenance was notified in advance with an estimated duration

Why has the days active figure (in the sell my investment page) not rolled over an additional at midnight? This would always happen prior to the maintenance

That could make sense..but the My investment page under processing that still rolled over at midnight. Thought they would make both in line

Although the time on the server was correctly set, one part of the software reverted to UTC, hence ignored BST and was one hour out - now corrected.

Has the time out on the platform been scrapped ?..up until the weekends maintenance if left unattended it often timed out after 15 - 20mins..but ive just returned after a couple of hours and refreshing the page updates to present state

I guess that’s because it now takes >15-20 minutes for the All Loans page to load! 😉
