Same for me, I can't find the loan agreements on the site. Does someone know where we can find the actual contracts ? You cant. They have never been available to lenders. There was a brief window when it looked like they were going to add them but they changed their minds. It was stated in T&Cs that they were supposed to be available but that has subsequently been amended.

The fact that Lendy have never made them available is going to work to the investors advantage and to the detriment of Lendy in the most recent issue.
Investors can't be held responsible if they had no access to the specific terms.
So, I wouldn't worry too much about seeing that particular contract.
