A generous £100 to the referrer and £200 to the referree as long as they deposit £5k within a week of activating their account and leave it there for 12 months. A nice little bonus - but did we think GS were short of investors' funds?
I note they've taken a few steps to deter Mr & Mrs referrals - must have different email addresses, bank details and mobile number. But nothing insuperable, I think.
I don't have GS as a strategic platform but I do think they are a useful element of my P2P portfolio, not least because their borrowers are mostly in a different class than those of the other platforms I'm in.

If they were to deter Mr&Mrs referrals they would ask for postal address to be different too. I think it is OK to refer you family members. I'll need to think about it, good offer - 11% on 5k and so far GS was a reliable platform, but I'm not sure if I want to increase my GS investment by 5k.
